Refund Policy

Thanks for engaging with MapView geographical Solutions. We appreciate the fact that you would like to buy/subscribe our products/solutions. We would like to make it clear that we would take the responsibility to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. By placing an order for a subscription/product, you agree to MapView's terms & conditions and Privacy policy for our customers.

We essentially believe that you will be thrilled and excited by making use of our products/solutions. Our products/solutions have been designed and developed after an era of R&D processes through which we have gained confidence of its scope by understanding what you need and how you need. However, we do understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. Or you might be having a different requirement than what we possess right now. In such cases, MapView does a refund policy that's totally suitable with the Pro-Rota usage (in case of subscriptions).

Product/solution that you purchased/subscribed shall be returned/discontinued throughout the time. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided with the solution might be applicable depending on the scenarios. Hence this refund process will go through a verification/approval phase. Once the process is completed successfully, we would refund the amount in the same payment method as made by you. Usage subscription would be deducted as per the guidelines, which means the amount would be deducted from your payment for the period you have been using the subscription of an application/solution. (Only for subscriptions)

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • Debit card / Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Cheque / Draft payments will be refunded in the form cheque/draft to the address for which you have registered with us within 30 working days

  • Cash payments will also be refunded in the form of a check from MapView Geographical Solutions, which will be mailed to your billing address within 30 calendar days of your cancellation request.
